1. Shipping destinations: We currently offer shipping services to certain areas within the United States only. We do not ship to international locations.
2. A7 Buildings LLC Processing time: Once your order is signed and the down-payment is successfully processed, we will begin processing your order over to the manufacturer within 2-3 business days.
   • A7 Buildings LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or installation issues once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.
3. Shipping methods: Our reputable manufacturers will deliver and install your metal building, carport, shop or barn.
4. Estimated delivery time: The manufacturer listed on your order will contact you in 7-10 business days from the time we, A7 Buildings LLC, submitted your order. During this call, they will confirm your order details and verify that your building site is fully prepared for installation. To be considered “ready,” your site must meet the following criteria:
   • All necessary permits and approvals are obtained by you the client.
   • Foundation is laid, level, square, and fully cured by you the client.
   • Utilities are located and clearly marked by you the client.
   • All obstructions have been removed by you the client.
   • You the client must ensure there are no overhead power lines or utilities.
   • You the client must ensure the site is easily accessible within 50'.
   • You the client must ensure a minimum of 5 feet of clearance around the entire building, including the roof.
5. Delays: Bear in mind that unless there are unusual delays or special requests, your lead time will begin once your building site is fully prepared and verified by the manufacturer (lead-times can vary and larger buildings, commercial buildings and/or special request will take longer to fulfill). Below is a non-exhaustive list of special request items:
   • 26-gauge panels
   • 12-gauge framing
   • T & L shaped buildings
   • Oversized or unusually sized garage doors (roll-up style)
   • Buildings over 16’ tall
6. Shipping fees: On new orders shipping is generally free of charge unless there are extra ordinary circumstances such as remote, hard to access or rugged destinations. Existing clients that need a repair or want to make additions will be subject to a delivery fee. Any delivery fees applied by the manufacturer after we submit the order to them are outside of A7 Buildings LLC control.
7. Tracking information: A7 Buildings LLC does not provide tracking information. Our manufacturers are responsible for coordinating a delivery and installation date. The manufacturers contact information will be located at the top of your order.
8. Address accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check the shipping address provided during the checkout process to avoid any delivery delays or misplacements. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Delivery attempts: The manufacturers crew will make a delivery attempt to deliver and install your metal building. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the provided address, a fee may be incurred and the buyer will be subjected to pay, and you may need to arrange for a re-delivery or pickup as per the carrier’s instructions.
10. Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates and determined by the manufacturer. A7 Buildings LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control. In addition to this please note that shipping delays or issues with delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund, as the manufacturer controls delivery and installation.
11. Shipping policy updates: We reserve the right to modify or amend this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
