RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Deposits and Non-Refundable Policy:
    • Deposits or down payments made to A7 Buildings LLC are generally non-refundable. The remaining balance of your order is paid directly to the manufacturer and is not under the control of A7 Buildings LLC. Therefore, A7 Buildings LLC is not responsible for any refunds, actions, or decisions of the manufacturer regarding the remaining balance.
  2. All Sales Are Final:
    • Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • As a courtesy, we will notify and inform the manufacturer of your claim, however, A7 buildings does not issue refunds for defective or damaged items. As such, it is the customers who communicate with the manufacturer regarding a defective or damaged item.
  4. Discretionary Refunds:
    • In extremely rare and verifiable circumstances, A7 Buildings LLC may issue a refund of the deposit (this does not apply to the respective manufacturers remaining balance) at our sole discretion. Such refunds are a one-time goodwill exception, do not establish a precedent, and do not modify any contractual obligations between the client and the manufacturer. Refunds under this provision may be subject to deductions for shipping, taxes, processing fees, and other applicable charges.
  5. Change of Mind:
    • Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after making a purchase. Please carefully review all product descriptions, specifications, and terms before completing your purchase.
  6. Billing Corrections and Order Amendments:
    • Overcharges/Corrections: If A7 Buildings LLC has overcharged a client, we will issue a refund only for the overpaid amount. Such refunds are typically minor compared to the total deposit.
    • Order Amendments: If a client requests a change to their order (e.g., different size, configuration, or features), a new agreement must be signed to reflect the amended order. Refunds related to order amendments will only be issued after the new agreement has been signed, provided the new order value is substantially close to the original order value. Any refunds in these cases are limited to minor differences in cost and are typically small relative to the deposit.
  7. Technical Issues:
    • If you experience technical issues while using our website, please contact our customer support at info@a7buildings.com. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  8. Unauthorized Transactions:
    • If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to your purchase, contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate actions; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
  9. Policy Modifications:
    • We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

By making a purchase either online or offline, using our website, or interacting with our 3D configurator and estimator—whether by designing a building yourself or viewing quotes provided through the software—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this return and refund policy.
