3. Shipping and Delivery:
   • Shipping: Our manufacturers will arrange shipping of the ordered products to the address provided by you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated during the checkout process or via subsequent communication. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
   • Inspection upon Delivery: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any visible damages or defects. If you notice any issues, you must document them and promptly notify us. Failure to report damages within a reasonable timeframe may result in the denial of a claim. Our manufacturers are responsible for any claims or warranties as specified in the purchase contract.

The remaining balance of your order is paid directly to the manufacturer and is not under the control of A7 Buildings LLC.    • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us promptly in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s workmanship warranties.    • Client Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel an order, A7 Buildings LLC may communicate the cancellation to the manufacturer on the client’s behalf or verify a cancellation requested by the manufacturer. Regardless of who initiates or verifies the cancellation, the client is not entitled to a refund of any deposit or payment made to A7 Buildings LLC, except in the rare discretionary circumstances outlined above.
   • No Waiver: Allowing a refund in any individual case shall not constitute a waiver of our policies, rights, or obligations under this Agreement or under the manufacturer contracts.
